Our Policy

Adopting a puppy from us is much easier than what you may think. We have a lot of experience and can get a puppy of your choice safely in your hands anywhere in US within 24-48 business hours most of the times. This is how the process works:

1. You place deposit on the puppy of your choice and let us know when and how you want to get this puppy picked up. Or we can ship your baby right to you. You can pay in full to have your puppy delivered faster. Shipping is extra.

2 We process the paperwork and get all needed document for shipping/delivery.

3. You pick the puppy up from our home, or we will ship the puppy to the airport of your choice.

4. Once you get your puppy you take him to the veterinary of your choice and fax us a Vet Examination Form up form to activate the warranty.

PROCESS IN MORE DETAILS:
When you find a puppy you like on our site you need to place a $1000 deposit with your credit or debit card to reserve the puppy. Once the deposit is completed please click on CONTACT US link on the top of the site and fill out the form. We will need you to provide the name and address you would like to put on the paperwork, contact phone numbers, and e-mail address. You are welcome to come to our home to pick up your new puppy from us. If you will be driving in, please let us know the date and the time, we will give the address to our home. If you will need us to get the puppy shipped to you, please let us know the name and 3 letters code for the biggest airport close to you. It is also recommended to call us at 1800 to make sure we got your info. Once we get your info and deposit to reserve the puppy we will prepare all the paperwork and e-mail you the PDF copy of Contract, Health Guarantee, Health Records, and Vaccine Record for your puppy.

So we can make sure you have all your new puppy's information correct. We will contact you and arrange the delivery time if you choose to come and pick the puppy up directly from our home. We will sign all the documents and process the payment of the balance once you will get here. If the puppy will need to be delivered to you, we will make all arrangements to have your baby come right to your local airport of your choice. We will e-mail you the invoice for the difference and make flight arrangements with one of the major airlines to deliver the puppy to the airport of your choice. We will keep you informed throughout the whole process and will do everything possible to make sure you get the best experience ever.

IMPORTANT! - Before you adopt a puppy from us you must understand our policies regarding Deposits, Payment, Shipping and Registration of our puppies. When you place a deposit it is assumed that you have read and understand the information provided! No refunds or waivers will be given to you because you claim to have not read this info or suddenly changed your mind! Deposits are non refundable. Remember $1000 deposit will need to be placed to reserve the puppy. The difference is due 24 hours before the puppy is getting shipped. If you are coming to pick the puppy up, we will finalize the transaction after you get to know your new family member. We will send you the puppy in it's own crate and provide plenty of food and water. You will also get a Health Certificate and Shots records with your bully. We are here to help; therefore, contact us with any questions. Just please keep in mind that we are in NY, on EST central time. We encourage you to come and pick your new baby, if possible, in person. We love to meet and greet our customers and get to know you better. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance to make an appointment. We will have all the documents ready for you to sign and take with you (Contract, Guarantee, Health Records... )and some food for your puppy.

Delivery fees: (If you are local prepaid puppies only )
Up to 1 hour = $100
1/2 to 2 hours = $250
2 1/2 to 3 hours = $350

By Air:
If you live too far to personally pick up your puppy we can ship the puppy to the nearest major airport around you. We usually can have the puppy in your hands within 24-48 hours from the time we get the funds. You will be responsible for the shipping that usually runs around $300. Plus carrier $50 Airline approved Kennel and Veterinarian Health Certificate prior to shipping. Shipping is done through American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines, North West Airlines, or Kitty Hawk Airlines. They all have live animal specialists employed and take the very best care of the puppy while they are in their care. We provide the crate, food, water so the puppy will not be in any discomfort. This is the fastest most affordable way for the puppy to travel. In most cases the puppy can arrive in just a few hours. We can arrange delivery to an international location, just please contact us before you will place a deposit on a puppy. We can ship the puppy to most of the big International airport in Canada just as easy as we can do it in US. The cost for shipping to Canada is $350 and we are very familiar with the whole process and will get you everything what is required to get the puppy through the customs. International delivery prices are vary and every country has it's own rules and regulations. All shipping to continental United States done though major airports that support live animal shipments are accepted for transport. We can not ship where originating or connecting airports weather exceed extremely high or low temperatures at times of arrival and departure. Usually in the warm season shipments can only be done early in the morning before the temperature gets really hot. During warm season we reserve the right to ship at a schedule that permits us to ship the puppy safely.

Ground:
We can send the puppy via ground shipping when the weather is too hot or cold to send him/her by Air. We use a door to door ground transport company that is nationwide with professional puppy handlers. They take great care of the puppy on the trip from our home to yours. Your puppy will travel in air conditioned and heated van and will stop on a regular basis for food, water, & care. We provide crate, food and water. Shipping by ground transport will vary in cost depending on your location. The cost of ground shipping (door to door) normally between $350 - $650 per puppy. Depending on weight of puppy or adult dog. We can deliver your puppy all the way to Mexican or Canadian boarder, please contact us for rates and more info. During this travel your puppy will be covered by insurance of $2500 up to $10,000 at no additional cost to the new owner.
